Aside from admitting that it's likely my favourite painting ever, I am, once again, not going to explain this one - well, except for the comment below.
The reason it's my favourite is that it embodies everything I strive for as an artist. Simplicity being undeniably the most important, I also love the high drama, contrast and successfully using a nearly primary colour, in your face, all over, disregarding the 'rules'. I guess it's my rebel painting.
